This program has definitely changed my life. It made me understand the importance of nutrition while also how strength training can completely transform your body. I used to be a HITT cardio person and it did not change my body ever how i wanted it to. On my wedding day i lost close to 15 pounds but more importantly felt strong, confident in my own skin. I did the program consistently for a year and a half and started seeing changes in my body about 6 months into the program.
