For the coaching program, workouts in Jessica’s program primarily revolve around resistance training, utilizing the equipment you have access to. You can choose from options like strength training workouts 2, 3, or 4 times a week, following a push and pull regimen. In addition to strength workouts, there are various other exercises included, such as core blasts, balancing and stability workouts, HIIT sessions, endurance-based strength training, mobility warm-ups, follow-along yoga and yoga sculpt classes, as well as rehab follow-along stretches. These workouts are tailored to fit your available workout time, overall goals, and schedule, ensuring a personalized approach to your fitness journey.

Jessica is committed to supporting your fitness journey, especially when it comes to addressing injuries or limitations. She will design workouts that focus on strengthening and lengthening specific areas to aid in the healing process. To ensure your workouts are tailored accordingly, please inform Jessica about your injury or limitation when filling out the initial consultation form or through the two-way communication feature in the app. By keeping her informed, Jessica can create a program that accommodates your needs and helps you progress safely and effectively. This will require you to have the coaching membership.

In the basic programming, Jessica provides workouts that cater to both full gym equipment and at-home equipment, such as dumbbells and long resistance bands. If specific equipment is unavailable, she offers suitable substitutions to ensure you can still participate in the program effectively.

In the coaching programming, Jessica customizes the program based on the equipment you have access to, whether it’s in a gym or at home. By considering your available resources, she designs workouts that align with your equipment and maximize your fitness progress.

During your vacation or when you’re away from home, Jessica understands the importance of staying active and maintaining your fitness routine. She will make use of resistance bands or the equipment available at the hotel gym to ensure you can continue your workouts. By adapting to the resources on hand, Jessica ensures that you can stay consistent with your fitness goals even when you’re not at home.

With Jessica’s program, you’ll receive ongoing support and communication through a two-way channel. She will guide you through the app, addressing any questions or concerns you may have. It’s important to communicate any schedule or time changes in advance, ensuring you can check off completed workouts for Jessica’s records. Additionally, if you need guidance on fueling your body, you’ll be required to fill out your nutrition information within MyFitnessPal. To enhance accountability, Jessica will connect you with other program participants, fostering a supportive community for workouts and mutual motivation. Together, you’ll stay on track and achieve your goals.

If you have a current membership, all add on private sessions (both in person and virtual) are $79 for in-person, and $69 per virtual private session. 

Jessica’s expertise lies in creating a customized workout schedule that considers your preferences and commitments beyond her program. If you have other classes or activities, such as cycling on a Peloton or attending fitness and yoga sessions at a studio, she will incorporate them into your plan. This approach allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds, combining Jessica’s tailored workouts with your preferred activities. By adapting to your fitness journey and making necessary adjustments, Jessica ensures continuous progress and helps you feel confident and comfortable in your own skin.
