Emily's Certifications:

After her success at Florida Tech, Emily pursued her Juris Doctor degree, becoming a licensed member of the Ontario Bar Association. She practiced law at a firm in downtown Toronto before moving to Florida with her husband. When her law degree wasn’t transferable, she chose to follow her true passion—fitness.

Emily’s love for sports and coaching led her to compete in her first powerlifting competition, where she took 1st place in her weight class at the FE Brawl APF Powerlifting Competition in February 2021. Her success qualified her for the National Powerlifting Championships in June 2021, where she earned 2nd place.

Now, Emily is a certified personal trainer with specializations in youth fitness, pre/postnatal fitness, group fitness, and nutrition coaching. With years of experience as an ice hockey instructor, softball coach, and F45 coach, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients. Outside the gym, she provides private softball lessons and helps high school student-athletes navigate the NCAA recruitment process.

Above all, Emily’s favorite role is being a mom to her son, Xander.
