The challenge will include workouts straight from the Level Up program depending on if you are a beginner or intermediate level and adjusts to either home or gym equipment based on getting strong AF.

You will be assigned daily journal entries to help not only strengthen your body, but also your mind. When things change INSIDE you, things will change AROUND you.
To help keep the momentum to achieving your goals, you will have an accountability group on the app with all participants who have like minded goals and to help encourage and celebrate each others' successes!
