PT Sessions Available

For those seeking weekly private sessions with Jessica, we offer a waitlist until a slot becomes available. Whether you're in Palm Beach Gardens or located elsewhere, Jessica accommodates clients through her virtual training app. In these 45-60 minute sessions, Jessica provides personalized guidance, support, and instruction. She ensures your safety and effectiveness by offering modifications when needed, allowing you to perform exercises and workouts with confidence.

Nutrition Macro Plan

Say goodbye to yo-yo diets that leave you feeling frustrated and unsustainable. At Mess In Progress, Jessica focuses on developing a nutrition plan that is both effective and sustainable for the long term. Working with you, she will create a custom macronutrient plan that doesn't require cutting out food groups but instead focuses on making adjustments to establish a healthy and sustainable fueling system. With an emphasis on intentionality and mindful eating, you'll learn to make conscious choices about what you put into your body, creating a balanced and nourishing approach to nutrition.

Mess in Progress with Jess is an absolute GEM! In such an overcrowded space, Jess is far and away in a league of here own. My girlfriend finally convinced me to start with her after exceeding her own expectations and I gave in after a couple months of pressure (😬). I work really early in the morning and I was concerned that I’d be too tired to work out and I simply don’t like the gym and lastly I didn’t want to give up playing pick up basketball, which is essentially my sanctuary…. I haven’t sacrificed ANYTHING. I workout from home, I can fit it in whenever I want, they are tailor made to what I have in my house and around the days I play basketball and they are short enough for me to actually enjoy them and do it in the middle of my work day!
